When you RSVP for an event and your RSVP is accepted by the organizer, you automatically receive 10% of your ticket price in SOL directly to your Momentmm wallet. The cashback is sent instantly using real-time exchange rates from Binance API.

Momentmm charges a 4% application fee on all outgoing SOL transactions from your wallet. Additionally, Solana network gas fees apply (typically around $0.0001 per transaction), which are minimal compared to other blockchains.

Yes! You can send SOL to any valid Solana address from your Momentmm wallet. Go to /wallet/send, enter the recipient address and amount, and the transaction will be processed on Solana Mainnet within seconds.

Visit your wallet dashboard at /wallet to see your real-time SOL balance in both SOL and INR/USD, complete transaction history, and live price charts. Your balance updates automatically every 10 seconds.

If you lose access, you can recover your wallet using the 24-word recovery phrase provided during wallet creation. Store this phrase securely and never share it with anyone. Without it, we cannot recover your wallet or SOL.

When your event RSVP is accepted, we automatically mint a unique NFT ticket for you on Polygon network. The NFT is stored in our secure server wallet and includes your event details, QR code for entry, and unique Token ID.

Yes! You can transfer your NFT ticket from our server wallet to your personal Polygon-compatible wallet (like MetaMask) completely free of charge. No gas fees or extra charges apply. The transfer typically completes within 2-5 minutes.

After transferring, it may take a few minutes for the NFT to appear. Make sure you've imported the NFT in your wallet using the correct Polygon contract address and your unique token ID. Check PolygonScan to verify the transfer was successful.

Each NFT ticket has a unique Token ID on the Polygon blockchain, cryptographic metadata hash, event-specific artwork, and immutable ownership records. This makes tickets impossible to duplicate or forge.

Browse events on the Events page, click on any event you're interested in, and use the RSVP button. Complete the payment process to secure your spot. Once accepted, you'll receive both an NFT ticket and 10% SOL cashback.

No wallet is required to RSVP for events. However, if you want to receive the 10% SOL cashback, you should create a Solana wallet during onboarding or later at /wallet/create. Without a wallet, you'll miss out on the cashback rewards.

Refund policies vary by event and are set by the event organizer. Please contact the event host directly or reach out to our support team for specific refund inquiries.

If you're a verified host, you can create events by clicking 'Create event' in the navigation. Fill out the event details, set your price, and publish your event to start receiving RSVPs. You'll manage RSVPs through your host dashboard.
