By accessing and using Momentmm.xyz ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Momentmm.xyz provides a platform for event creation, RSVP management, NFT ticket distribution, and Solana wallet services.

The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Event hosting and management tools

• RSVP and payment processing with 10% SOL cashback rewards

• Solana wallet creation and management on Mainnet

• NFT ticket minting and storage on Polygon network

• Free NFT transfers from server wallet to personal Polygon wallets

• Real-time SOL balance tracking and transaction history

• User profile and digital collectibles management

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and wallet private keys.

You agree to securely store your wallet recovery phrase and never share it with anyone.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or wallet.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Loss of wallet credentials may result in permanent loss of access to SOL and NFTs.

All payments for events are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay).

Event fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the event host.

A 4% application fee applies to all Momentmm wallet transactions.

SOL cashback rewards (10% of event price) are automatically distributed upon RSVP acceptance.

SOL transactions on Solana Mainnet are subject to network gas fees (typically ~$0.0001).

NFT transfers from our server wallet to your personal Polygon wallet are completely free.

Cryptocurrency values are subject to market fluctuations and are not guaranteed.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network.

NFTs minted through our platform are digital tickets representing event attendance, minted on Polygon network.

Each NFT ticket has a unique Token ID and metadata that cannot be duplicated or forged.

NFTs are initially stored in our secure server wallet and accessible through your Momentmm account.

You can transfer NFTs to your personal Polygon-compatible wallet anytime, completely free of charge.

NFT ownership is permanently recorded on the Polygon blockchain and is immutable.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their external wallet credentials after transfer.

We are not responsible for NFT loss due to external wallet security issues after transfer.

NFT transfers on Polygon network typically complete within 2-5 minutes.

Each NFT includes event details, QR code for entry verification, and collectible artwork.

Momentmm provides integrated Solana wallet services for managing SOL cryptocurrency on Mainnet.

Wallet private keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored securely in our database.

You receive a 24-word recovery phrase during wallet creation - store it safely and never share it.

A 4% application fee applies to all outgoing SOL transactions from your Momentmm wallet.

10% SOL cashback is automatically sent to your wallet when event RSVPs are accepted by organizers.

You can view your wallet balance, transaction history, and SOL price charts in real-time.

SOL transactions are processed on Solana Mainnet and are irreversible once confirmed.

Network gas fees (~$0.0001 per transaction) apply to blockchain operations.

You can export your private keys to use your wallet with other Solana-compatible applications.

We are not responsible for SOL loss due to user error, market volatility, or phishing attacks.

Cryptocurrency values fluctuate and are not guaranteed - only invest what you can afford to lose.

Users may not:

• Create fake or misleading events

• Use the Service for illegal activities or money laundering

• Attempt to hack or compromise the platform or smart contracts

• Spam or harass other users

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim duplicate rewards

• Manipulate NFT systems or attempt to duplicate tickets

• Use wallet services for fraudulent transactions or scams

• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in blockchain integrations

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User data is used to provide and improve our services.

Wallet private keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and never shared with third parties.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect user information and blockchain credentials.

Blockchain transactions on Solana and Polygon are publicly visible but pseudonymous.

Users can request data deletion or modification by contacting support.

NFT and blockchain transaction data is permanent and cannot be deleted from public blockchains.

We may share data with third-party service providers as necessary for platform operations.

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Third-party integrations (Solana, Polygon, Razorpay) may be subject to their own terms.

Blockchain transactions on Solana Mainnet and Polygon network are irreversible once confirmed.

We are not liable for losses due to cryptocurrency market volatility or blockchain network issues.

SOL price fluctuations may affect the value of your rewards and wallet balance.

We do not provide financial advice regarding cryptocurrency investments or trading.

Blockchain network congestion may temporarily delay transaction confirmations.

We are not responsible for changes in blockchain protocol, network forks, or token standards.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

Users assume full responsibility for their use of the Service.

Force majeure events may affect service availability.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Users may terminate their account if they disagree with changes.

Modifications take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, user access to the Service will be revoked.

Your Solana wallet assets and NFT tickets remain on their respective blockchains and are not affected by account termination.

You should export your wallet private keys before account deletion to retain access to your SOL and NFTs.

Blockchain records (transactions, NFTs) are permanent and cannot be deleted even after account termination.

Certain provisions of this agreement survive termination, including liability limitations and dispute resolution.
